How to Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your ACN Cares account from within the app or on the web.

    Login to Your Account

    Ensure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.

    Navigate to Settings

    Click your profile icon or name (typically in the top right), then select “Settings” or “Account Settings” from the dropdown.

    Find the “Delete Account” Option

    Click the header with your name, then locate the “Delete Account” or “Deactivate Account” option.

    Confirm Your Decision

    You may be asked to provide a reason for leaving. Enter your password to confirm your identity and keep your account secure.

    Finalize Account Deletion

    Click “Confirm” or “Delete My Account” to complete the request.

Please note: once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
